Shipping Policy

This guidance covers physical catalog orders for shaker bottles, drinkware, storage pieces, apparel, accessories, and related goods.

Preparation and delivery

Normal order processing takes about 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transportation is estimated at 3–5 business days. These periods are not guaranteed; weather, holidays, remote destinations, address review, and carrier interruptions may add time.

Checkout details

Free shipping applies only when the live checkout confirms that the cart qualifies. Customers must supply a complete delivery address, monitored email, and reachable telephone number. Product, destination, or carrier restrictions may prevent service to certain addresses.

Tracking and exceptions

Tracking updates are normally sent to the checkout email. For a delay, suspected loss, delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, delivery address, and useful photographs. A carrier inquiry may be needed before the matter is resolved.
